Robert Wolf, MD
Dr. Wolf has been treating patients in Northern Cecil County since 2007. He lives in Newark with his wife and two kids, and two cats. He is known equally for being quite tall and quite talkative.
Michelle Morris, NP
Michelle is very passionate when it comes to the care of others. She prides herself on being a patient advocate, working to help others achieve their best quality of life. She has been caring for the residents of Cecil County since 2016 as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Rising Sun and still lives locally, along with her husband, 2 kids, 2 German Shepherds, a Puggle, and 2 cats ... and a partridge in a pear tree.
Heather Shifflett
A true local, Heather has been a medical assistant and phlebotomist in Harford and Cecil counties for 20 years. When not providing amazing care, she loves spending time with family and friends, relaxing on her seventh generation family farm and listening to the Dave Matthews Band.
Kimberly Fleming
Kimberly is our Front Office Coordinator. She is a lifelong resident of Cecil County and has worked in the medical field in some capacity for the last 20 years. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart. They have two children. She is a true crime junkie who loves to read.

Jennifer Gilbert
Jennifer has lived in Cecil County for most of her life. She has felt a certain calling to the Medical Field after caring for her Grandmother who fell ill when she was a teenager. Jennifer has worked with Veterans in Assisted Living settings, all units of Harford Memorial Hospital, and Women's Care. She is so excited to be working in a Family Practice right in her hometown. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, Zola (half dog/half horse) and their chihuahua Joseph...or you can find her crafting or at craft shows!
Katelyn Hamilton
Katelyn is our newest addition as Front Desk Coordinator. She has lived in Cecil County all of her life. Her medical field experience dates back to 2018. During her free time she enjoys traveling with her Boyfriend, Shawn, and planning family fun days.
She cannot wait to see your smiling face in the office!
